Features such as formatted letters, faxes, e-mails, appointments, memos, call reports, expenses, invoices and mailshots are one click away and exportable to Word documents or formatted reports and a default e-mail program (Outlook, Outlook Express, Microsoft Exchange) or Excel.
Response can be used on a stand alone PC for a single user in a small office or across a network where up to 15 users can be linked and access the application simultaneously.
