PURCHASING ADMINISTRATOR



We require a passionate, energetic and motivated individual who wishes to develop a career within the IT sector. The Purchasing Administrator will be fully trained to take responsibility for all aspects of the purchasing process. The candidate should have excellent attention to detail and thrive on work that is often fast paced and challenging.

As Purchasing Administrator at our North London Wembley office you will:

  • Maintain good supplier relationships
  • Negotiate terms and discounts with suppliers
  • Liaise with third parties and other departments to resolve issues
  • Process purchase orders and make payments
  • Fulfil/despatch ESD licences
  • Deal with customer queries
  • Maintain details on our internal systems/ERP


The ideal Purchasing Assistant will have the following qualities:

  • Clear spoken and written English is essential
  • High attention to detail supported by strong numerical skills
  • Have initiative and a pro-active, enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Be willing to learn about the software IT industry


The role is office / home based, candidates should therefore have a reasonable commute to our Wembley office. Working hours 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

SALES EXECUTIVE



We require a passionate, energetic and motivated sales executive who wishes to develop their sales career within the IT sector. The candidate should be organised, focused and success orientated.

  • £28,000 basic per annum plus commission (realistic first year’s salary of £36,000)

As Sales Executive from home and at our Wembley office you will:

  • Manage and maintain the relationship of existing leads.
  • Build trust and rapport with partners to exercise cross-sell opportunities.
  • Profile new MSPs and target; work to understand type and size of business, and vendors currently used, generating and managing new leads.
  • Work with vendors to target larger MSPs by account mapping, conducting sales campaigns, re-engaging dormant partners.
  • Maintain existing revenue by cultivating strong relationships with existing partners.
  • Book, host and attend online demos with a technical specialist.
  • Provide partner feedback to the business and assist with the creation of ongoing partner engagement initiatives and strategy planning.
  • Onboard new partners and assist with account set up.


The ideal Sales Executive candidate will have the following qualities:

  • Preferred 12 months experience within a call centre or telesales/account manager role
  • Strong interpersonal and excellent telephone communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Positive, proactive self-starter, with a can do attitude
  • Ability to work, manage, exceed targets and close
  • Proficient with Microsoft office
