CLOUD BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE / SALES EXECUTIVE

As Telesales Executive/Telemarketer from home and at our Wembley office you will:

  • Manage and maintain the relationship of existing leads.
  • Build trust and rapport with partners to exercise cross-sell opportunities.
  • Profile new MSPs and target; work to understand type and size of business, and vendors currently used, generating and managing new leads.
  • Work with vendors to target larger MSPs by account mapping, conducting sales campaigns, re-engaging dormant partners.
  • Maintain existing revenue by cultivating strong relationships with existing partners.
  • Book, host and attend online demos with a technical specialist.
  • Provide partner feedback to the business and assist with the creation of ongoing partner engagement initiatives and strategy planning.
  •  Onboard new partners and assist with account set up.

 

The Internal Sales Executive will have the following qualities:

  • Ideally 12 months experience within a call centre or telesales/account manager role
  • Strong interpersonal and excellent telephone communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Positive, proactive self-starter, with a can do attitude
  • Ability to work, manage, exceed targets and close
  • Proficient with Microsoft office

As Cloud Vendor Specialist at our North London Wembley office you will:

As the Cloud Vendor Specialist you'll be targeted on developing our existing customer business with MSP’s across the UK, selling IT solutions on behalf of our valued partners. You will help to shape the way we service our customers and the vendor portfolio they have access to by providing unrivalled customer service along with having a high level understanding of your customers’ requirements to provide a quick and seamless purchasing experience.

  • Work with our valued MSP business to understand how they can achieve their business goals and outcomes through technology 
  • Provide effective account management to support your customers technology strategy, implementation, and future requirements
  • Grow and target new MSP’s through effective communication methods.
  • Assist with growing and developing our MSP sales team with unrivalled customer satisfaction and feedback.
  • Understand our vendor portfolio and their service offerings at a mid-high level
  • Articulate the value in utilising QBS and our partner portfolio 


The ideal Cloud Vendor Specialist will have the following skills and experience:

  • Two years’ experience with an IT Reseller/Distributor or Vendor 
  • Passion for sales and be keen to learn and develop your skill set
  • Demonstrate a keen entrepreneurial flare
  • Be a motivated self-starter, a quick learner and be highly organised
  • Show enthusiasm to learn and develop your knowledge for new and emerging technologies
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Have the ability to build solid relationships internally, with potential new clients and our partner network

GROUP PRODUCT MANAGER



We require a passionate, energetic, and motivated Group Product manager who thrives within a lively sales environment and wishes to develop their sales career further within the IT sector. As Product Manager at our North London Wembley office you will: 

  • Build, maintain and own the strategic relationships with the Vendor
  • Proactively manage and aggressively grow market and market share of your vendor,  through generating new business and identifying new opportunities 
  • Develop and maintain an excellent working knowledge of vendor processes, pricing methods, deal registrations, up & cross-sell positioning, and best practice quote to order functions
  • Assist individuals with developing business, and instigate/conduct training of existing and proposed new products to the sales team
  • Focus on existing reseller enablement through training programs to increase product knowledge and expand solution mix
  • Be proactive making outbound calls to potential resellers, including giving online demonstrations
  • Conduct/coordinate regular training and certification sessions for the QBS sales team

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing plans in support of corporate and publisher marketing programmes / objectives. Resulting campaigns need to establish, enhance, and distinguish position within the IT channel as well as ensuring ROI.

As Marketing Executive from home and at our Wembley office you will:

  • Develop marketing plans (based on goals, objectives and metrics) and implement them on time, within budget, and ensuring maximum ROI
  • Work closely with in-house and publisher teams to develop high-impact marketing campaigns
  • Manage and execute campaigns (from conception to completion) including e-marketing, web, advertising, publications and newsletters, events, social media, public relations and other projects as requested
  • Ensure website / microsite content is up to date
  • Evidence ROI for all campaigns to our publishers
  • Build effective relationships with publishers, resellers and agencies


The ideal Marketing Executive candidate will have the following qualities:

  • Three years' relevant marketing experience
  • Experience of traditional and digital marketing elements including analytics
  • Solid IT skills, and a keen interest in technology
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously
  • Sound copywriting skills 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Creative mind and flair for design

SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

As Senior Account Manager you will:

  • Acquire new and develop existing relationships with resellers, MSP and integration partners
  • Train resellers on partner benefits, deal registration, deal anatomy, key messaging, targeting end users and buyer persona 
  • Drive deal registrations and sales within the channel
  • Set up technical demonstrations for the product manager
  • Achieve key financial targets and consistently deliver growth
  • Promote co-sell and cross sell and renewals upsell within the channel
  • Identify, progress and close end user suspects and prospects through the channel
  • Proactively build and maintain an end user pipeline through channel partners 
  • Collaborate closely with internal and vendor marketing teams in delivering agreed marketing activities (website, webinars, PRs, tailored campaigns, incentives etc.)
  • Develop a strategy for sharing end user leads with channel partners using maximum engagement 
  • Work closely with operations team to obtain SLAs (pricing, quotations etc.)    


The ideal Senior Account Manager will have the following qualities:

  • Sales experience within the IT channel
  • Ideally knowledge of security products
  • Experience and proven ability on analysis, positioning, promoting products to market
  • Proven ability in creating and developing effective relationships with customers

  • Great people/collaborative skills paired with a high level of assertiveness
  • Proficient with Microsoft office

SENIOR IT INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER

    As Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer at our Wembley office you will:

    • Maintain, monitor and manage internal systems and hardware, company server hardware and storage solutions (physical and virtual servers), all firewalls, and company networking infrastructure including security and redundancy

    The ideal IT Infrastructure Engineer candidate will have the following qualities:

    • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar Technical role
    • Degree level or other relevant educational qualification
    • Demonstrable experience of cloud-based solutions Azure, Data Centre, VPLS & SDWan
    • Ability to manage 3rd party suppliers
    • Virtualisation experience with VMware or other platforms
    • Experience working with Office365, exchange online, SQL and other Saas platforms.
    • Cyber Security, PCI-DSS, ISO27001 & Pen-testing experience
    • Experience installing and compiling software packages on multiple platforms.
    • Knowledge of TCP/IP networks including routing, gateways, VLan and firewalls.
    • Good knowledge of O/S both server & client along with domain security concepts 
    • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
