SELECTIONYou’ve made the shortlist! We will contact all candidates who have been selected for interview. This will be within two weeks of you submitting your application, and will be either by email or phone. Due to high application volumes, we can’t unfortunately contact everyone. If you haven’t been selected, we do value your interest and would be delighted to receive future applications from you. Applications are retained for 12 months and then deleted.
INTERVIEWRelax and get ready to shine, and don’t forget to have your questions ready for us too! Depending on the role, first interviews are held either online or in-person with a member of the Human Capital team or the Department Manager. Second interviews are held at one of our offices within the following 10 days and sometimes involve a presentation. The second interview is conducted by the Department Manager, Head of People Operations or a Director. Two employment references are obtained during the second interview stage, and you will hear from us within 10 working days regarding the interview outcome.
OFFERCongratulations, it’s decision time! We will send you our employment offer and will contact you to answer any questions you may have. We hope you’ll be as excited to join our team as we are to have you onboard.
ONBOARDINGThe countdown has begun, and we’re looking forward to welcoming you soon. But in the meantime, we will give you access to our pre-boarding portal to learn more about our business, your new team and other useful information. We will also send you your contract to sign digitally, so you’ll be all set for your first day and the start of your induction.
