MARKETING EXECUTIVE - WEMBLEY, NORTH LONDON



This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and professional team player with excellent attention to detail, as well as proven marketing expertise to join our fast growing, award winning software company supporting our publisher success team. This is a hybrid role working from home and at our Wembley Office.

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing plans in support of corporate and publisher marketing programmes / objectives. Resulting campaigns need to establish, enhance, and distinguish position within the IT channel as well as ensuring ROI.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing plans (based on goals, objectives and metrics) and implement them on time, within budget, and ensuring maximum ROI
  • Work closely with in-house and publisher teams to develop high-impact marketing campaigns
  • Manage and execute campaigns (from conception to completion) including e-marketing, web, advertising, publications and newsletters, events, social media, public relations and other projects as requested
  • Ensure website / microsite content is up to date
  • Evidence ROI for all campaigns to our publishers
  • Build effective relationships with publishers, resellers and agencies

 

The ideal Marketing Executive will have the following qualities:

  • Three years' relevant marketing experience
  • Experience of traditional and digital marketing elements including analytics
  • Solid IT skills, and a keen interest in technology
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously
  • Sound copywriting skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Creative mind and flair for design
  • Experience of Adobe Creative Cloud, content management systems, and marketing automation software (including working knowledge of HTML and CSS) advantageous

PRODUCT MANAGER LEAD

 


 

We require a passionate, energetic, and motivated Product Manager Lead who thrives within a lively sales environment and wishes to develop their career further within Orchestra, QBS Software’s new Distributor. You will be responsible for shaping the team for one of our hypergrowth vendors. As Product Manager Lead at our Wembley office your responsibilities will include the following:

·       

  • Build, maintain and own the strategic relationships with the Vendor
  • Proactively manage and aggressively grow market and market share for the vendor
  • Onboard new partners and register deals via the channel
  • Develop and maintain an excellent working knowledge of vendor processes, pricing methods, deal registrations, up & cross-sell positioning, and best practice quote to order functions
  • Focus on reseller enablement through training programs to increase product knowledge and expand solution mix
  • Work closely with marketing to develop and execute marketing campaigns
  • Achieve quarterly margin/revenue targets
  • Direct, support all Business Development resources to achieve objectives
  • Ensure that every effort is made to maximise productivity within the team and monitor/feedback on quality and team performance on an individual and team basis

 

The ideal candidate Product Manager Lead will have the following experience/qualities:


  • Three years’ + experience within the Channel (IT Reseller/Distributor or Vendor)
  • Proven track record exceeding sales targets, preferably within cyber security software / solutions
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation, presentation and influencing skills
  • Proven ability creating and developing effective customer and vendor relationships
  • Have initiative and a pro-active, enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude
  • High attention to detail supported by strong numerical skills
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills

We require a passionate, energetic and motivated individual who wishes to develop a career within the IT sector. The Administrator will be fully trained to take responsibility for all aspects of the Pricing process.

As Pricing Administrator at our North London Wembley office you will:

 

  • Maintain good supplier relationships
  • Liaise with third parties and other departments to resolve issues
  • Set up and update pricing in our internal systems/ERP
  • Replying to customer queries via the sales team
  • Maintain product and licensing details on our internal systems

 

The ideal Pricing Administrator will have the following qualities:

As Telesales Executive/Telemarketer from home and at our Wembley office you will:

  • Manage and maintain the relationship of existing leads.
  • Build trust and rapport with partners to exercise cross-sell opportunities.
  • Profile new MSPs and target; work to understand type and size of business, and vendors currently used, generating and managing new leads.
  • Work with vendors to target larger MSPs by account mapping, conducting sales campaigns, re-engaging dormant partners.
  • Maintain existing revenue by cultivating strong relationships with existing partners.
  • Book, host and attend online demos with a technical specialist.
  • Provide partner feedback to the business and assist with the creation of ongoing partner engagement initiatives and strategy planning.
  •  Onboard new partners and assist with account set up.

 

The Internal Sales Executive will have the following qualities:

  • Ideally 12 months experience within a call centre or telesales/account manager role
  • Strong interpersonal and excellent telephone communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Positive, proactive self-starter, with a can do attitude
  • Ability to work, manage, exceed targets and close
  • Proficient with Microsoft office
