• Helping teams faster wherever they are working.
• Solving problems leveraging more intelligence.
• Delivering to team requirements with proactive services.

MICROSOFT AND TEAMVIEWER POWER AI INSIGHTS

At Microsoft Ignite this year, TeamViewer debuted its latest AI-powered features. New capabilities from leveraging Teams as well as Copilot via secure Azure OpenAI infrastructure are set to improve digital workplace connectivity.
Here’s how TeamViewer’s new AI-driven Session Insights will improve IT support.
• Providing immediate, comprehensive summaries of every remote support session.
• Offering insights for reporting on common support issues.
• Accelerating problem resolution, freeing up resource by preventing downtime.
• Adding an analytics dashboard that helps IT leaders recognise patterns, optimise resources, and improve service levels.
Customer organisations can enjoy remote access and support across the entire operation. That includes collaborations on Teams, endpoint management with Intune, customer service via Dynamics 365 and training with Azure Extensions. Additionally, Microsoft 365 Copilot can help retrieve and analyse session data, communicating recommendations directly in Teams via seamless chat and call support. The solutions are also encrypted.

HOW AI INSIGHTS ANSWER CUSTOMER NEED

As TeamViewer executive VP of business development Alfredo Patron said at the launch, in future AI-driven support will become the norm. This might prove especially true for smaller teams.
In a survey of of 1,400 IT, business, and operational technology decision-makers in the UK, France, Germany, Australia, Singapore, and USA, most emphasised a need for AI solutions that deliver value. Many also said organisations not adopting AI might fall behind on automation and/or struggle with rising costs.
In the same survey, the TeamViewer AI Opportunity Report:
• 79% of decision-makers leveraged AI at least once a week.
• 75% of respondents agreed that AI is essential for boosting business efficiency.
• 72% said AI allowed focus on more high-level strategic work.
• 70% indicated AI helped them acquire new skills.
• 69% of respondents believed AI will drive a major productivity boom.
• 61% predicted AI will have a favourable impact on revenues in the coming year.
• An average 16 hours per week was being saved by IT professionals already, not least because of automated reporting and documentation creation.
