Automate the creation and e-mailing of PDF documents whilst retaining the original look and layout. It is available in Standard, Professional and Professional Server Editions.

PDFMailer enables PCs to use digital mail from any application without additional adjustments. All documents retain the original look and layout. PDFMailer has an especially simple and clearly layed out user interface. All important settings - like those refering to quality and security - are combined in a single task bar. Thumbviews and document previews show how the PDF will look like even before the document is being converted to PDF.

It is available in the following Editions:

• PDFMailer Standard Edition: generate PDF files and print, protect, combine and send them. It includes portal connection, a signature affixing facility and PDF-preview. XMLdata are forwarded via the maxx Portal
• PDF Mailer Professional Edition: automates dispatch processes with control from the ERP system. It includes portal connection, a signature affixing option and PDF preview
• PDF Mailer Professional Server Edition: for a single server and single CPU, it provides PDF-capability for every workstation in the network including granting of access rights, virtual letter paper and automation.

PDFMailer makes Windows applications "E-mail-able". By virtue of the printing process, it becomes possible to create and send PDF, TIFF or JPEG documents via the Internet. Even software, intended mainly for database programs, which seldom have the capability to interact with E-mail, i.e. order forms, distribution forms (bills-of-lading), invoices, payment reminders, bank statements, or any other individual software, can now be distributed via E-mail, rather similar to sending a computer Fax. Only much more cost-effective, in colour and of the highest print quality. The originals of file specific applications like MS Word programs, Excel spreadsheets and calculations, Power Point layouts, are protected in your database. You simply send a graphic copy for the addressee's view and approval.

PDFMailer Standard Edition

PDFMailer Standard creates PDF-files, names and sorts files and opens the E-Mail client, simply by using the print command. You can send E-Mails from any software capable of printing. That makes the distribution of documents as easy as sending a computer Fax. Only the print quality of PDF documents is much higher, because all fonts, formats, colours and graphics are retained and used. maxx PDFMailer Standard has the same capabilities as the maxx PDFMailer free version, only without the ad-sponsored header. Ad-free PDF documents are universally applicable!

The administrator can minimize errors with automation and script codes. The assignment of rights defines the permitted usage framework of each user.

This form of communication (PDF + e-mail) is very cost-effective, since there is no additional cost as is the case, for example, with faxing. An e-mail goes directly to the addressee, since most business persons use e-mail.
