Response By Whitetiger is Total Office Management, a single programme to organize all communications, customer information, financial data, and sales and expenditure analysis from one easy-to-use interface using Microsoft Office 2000 or XP. Response is a revolutionary way to save your company time, resources and money, and is ideal for the small to medium sized business. Features such as formatted letters, faxes, e-mails, appointments, memos, call reports, expenses, invoices and mailshots are one click away and exportable to Word documents or formatted reports and a default e-mail program (Outlook, Outlook Express, Microsoft Exchange) or Excel.

Response can be used on a stand alone PC for a single user in a small office or across a network where up to 15 users can be linked and access the application simultaneously. For users who are going to be on the road, but would like to take their company data with them on their laptops, Response offers the ability to have them synchronise their entries on their local copy with the main database or backup to a CD automatically.

Keep a record of every activity with people or companies; contact details, correspondence (emails, faxes & letters), notes, appointments, invoices, expenses, tasks, deals in the pipeline or tasks. 
 
Reach dynamic groups of people simply and quickly by email, mailshot or labels in a matter of seconds.
 
No need for the expense of pre printed stationery.  Response allows you to have your company logo and address details etc at the top of each report, letter etc. The software offers over forty standard report styles including profit and loss, expenses summaries, weekly schedules, trip itineraries, or even maps to any UK postcode.
 
Use Microsoft Excel to analyse sales or expenses using Pivot Tables dynamically, choosing which data you want to view.  Automated processes help the sales process, financial tracking, communications, performance management and data storage.
 
With Response one can also backup directly to a rewritable CD, thus allowing the easy transport of data from one computer to another.  There is also a facility to back-up directly to the server and archive each copy of the database prefixed with the day's date. Laptop users can synchronise automatically with the central server database.
