Doubling in Size, Fueled by People: Meet the Team Behind QBS’ Expansion

10 April 2025

With 14 acquisitions in seven years, QBS has doubled the size of the team and is scaling up for further global business expansion. At the core of this post-acquisition growth is a newly formed integration team of experts, responsible for aligning systems, culture, and operations across the business.

The integration strategy is being executed by a team of seasoned professionals:

  • Matt Lee, Chief Development Officer, brings expertise from PwC and Alantra.
  • Jon Rawnsley, Integration Consultant, offers experience from Lloyds Banking Group, Purple Bricks, and MBNA.
  • Chris Grunwell, Systems Integration Manager, formerly at K3 Syspro.
  • Adam Whitfield, Project Manager for the integration programme, has been with QBS Technology Group since 2022.
  • William Geens, Founder of Prianto, leads the cultural integration workstream.
  • QBS is also set to strengthen its capabilities further with the arrival of a new Head of Process Harmonisation in May.

Dave Stevinson, CEO of QBS Technology Group, said:

Post-acquisition integration is where the real value is won or lost in M&A, and too many companies underestimate its importance. We’re doubling down on this area because I 100% believe in getting it right. Our expanded team brings deep domain expertise across all aspects of integration, and I’m confident they will deliver significant uplift as we continue to execute on our M&A strategy.
