SolarWinds spinoff N-able is expanding its MSP partner initiatives<\/a> to drive sales of managed cloud services around remote monitoring and management for SMBs.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Its programme will include a new Super Elite designation. Some 200 MSPs worldwide currently qualify and will receive additional benefits, according to SolarWinds.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n In addition, the Elite programme has been expanded and an AllStar loyalty programme rolled out.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n David Weeks, senior director of partner experience at N-able (formerly SolarWinds MSP)<\/a>, said: “There is no greater measure of achievement than the success of your customers and your partners.”<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Mike Cullen, group vice president of partner enablement at N-able, said: “Partners are everything to us. We are 100% partner-led and together with our team, our MSPs influence our decisions, our investments, our roadmaps, and our programmes. <\/p>\n <\/p>\n “Their success is what pushes us to do more and empower them.”<\/p>\n <\/p>\n How MSPs can earn Super Elite status with N-able<\/b><\/p>\n <\/p>\n According to Weeks, Super Elite partners must have at least 5000 IT devices managed by N-able. They will be chosen annually based on:<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Super Elite partners will be invited to regular peer-to-peer business and technical discussions, exploring industry topics, trends, and challenges as well as formally advising N-able on alliances, programmes and roadmaps.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n They will receive direct access to executives and early insights into key areas of investments and innovation, according to SolarWinds.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n “We make it easy for MSPs<\/a> to monitor, manage, and protect<\/a> their end customer systems, data, and networks,” according to N-able. “Our growing portfolio of security, automation, and backup and recovery solutions is built for IT services management professionals.”<\/p>\n <\/p>\n SolarWinds is set to complete the spin-off of N-able<\/a> on 19 July. <\/p>\n <\/p>\n According to SolarWinds’ investor announcement<\/a>, NYSE-listed N-able (NABL) will provide cloud-based software solutions for MSPs, enabling them to support digital transformation and growth within smaller companies.
