Data Converters

Data Converters from BPE allow you to convert data from Access, MS SQL Server and Excel to MySQL and from MySQL to Access and Excel.
Data Converters from BPE allow you to convert data from Access, MS SQL Server and Excel to MySQL and from MySQL to Access and Excel. Converters from text to HTML and MS Word are also available.

Access to MySQL
This product enables the developer to manage the MySQL environment, convert Access tables to MySQL tables and Insert Access data into MySQL tables from the control of Access itself in the Microsoft Windows environment. Access to MySQL Pro is optimized for bulk database conversion. It enables multiple MS Access databases conversions per session and the reuse of conversion settings stored in a profile.

MySQL-to-Access
Converts MySQL databases into MS Access format. MySQL-to-Access Pro is optimized for bulk database conversion.

MSSQL-to-MySQL
Moves MS SQL databases to MySQL server. Depending on your privileges on the target MySQL server you can export MS SQL data into new database or overwrite the contents of an existing MySQL database

MySQL-to-Excel
Publish MySQL databases as MS Excel spreadsheet. Each MySQL table becomes a worksheet, each record becomes a row.

Excel-to-MySQL
Converts MS Excel spreadsheets into MySQL databases. Depending on your privileges on the target MySQL server you can export MS Excel data into new database or overwrite the contents of an existing MySQL database.

Text-to-Word
Converts ASCII texts into MS Word format with a minimum loss of formatting information.

Text-to-HTML
Converts ASCII texts into HTML format with a minimum loss of formatting information.

Access to MySQL

Convert Access tables and manage the MySQL environment from the same desktop with two windows available on the PC.

• Converts password protected MS Access databases

Limitations

• Converts MS Access tables only (forms, queries, reports are not supported)

Access-to-MySQL Pro is a next generation of Access-to-MySQL program, optimized for bulk database conversion. With this tool you will be able to convert multiple MS Access databases per session and reuse conversion settings stored in a profile. Being enhanced with a lot of handy features this program makes the conversion process even more effective.

Excel to MySQL

Manual converting Text-to-Word tries to create MS Word document that is as close to the original text as possible. However it is not always possible to unambiguously recognize text layout to convert it into appropriate MS Word format structures. That's why the program provides manual converting mode that allows users to resolve conflicts between all possible conversion scenarios. It takes a little more efforts but can improve the quality of output document essentially. See the program's documentation for the further information.
