TalentSoft were founded in 1994 to develop, market and support Web application server tools for developing dynamic HTML/XML/WAP based, server delivered Internet Web and wireless applications, B2B and B2C e-commerce applications and corporate intranet solutions. Their headquarters are in Minneapolis, USA, with a branch in Aberdeen, South Dakota, subsidiaries in Hong Kong and Beijing and a joint-venture company in ShenZhen, China.
