Extensis Software develops cloud-based applications for managing fonts, media content, and creative resources. The main products, Connect Fonts and Connect Assets, are used to structure large font and file inventories, make them available across teams, and centrally control rights management. This way, fonts can be assigned to specific applications and used in defined workflows. Furthermore, synchronization of different collections between Mac and Windows is possible. Via plugins, selected fonts can also be used directly in Adobe applications without manual loading or copying.

Connect Assets
Indexes and organizes creative files in a structured catalog. Users search metadata, visual previews, and project contexts, download shared content, or save new versions. All functions run through a central cloud interface with role-based access, version history, and definable usage rights.
