DotPad is an ActiveX component for adding handwritting recognition to applications.It can be used directly with touch-screens, writing tablets and computers and with any equipment that requires a character input including mobile telephones, pagers, Web PC, PDA, hand held computers and video games.
Features include:
- Nine detection areas correspond to the nine visible dots resulting in characters constructed with the segments determined. The segment is displayed on touch
- Draw letters and digits using a standard alphabet
- Pattern recognition difficulties are circumvented.
