On and Off-site Training
Various training courses are available on and off-line. Some you book through QBS, for others please contact the publisher or training company direct. Borland and its new division CodeGear offer web-based training (WBT) which can be purchased on-line. Microsoft, R&R, Crystal, Adobe and Quark should be booked through QBS.
If the training you need is not listed please ask us anyway. We will be happy to contact the software publisher on your behalf and find out what is available. These courses can be taught on-site in your office or off-site at a convenient training facility. Content, pre-requisites, duration, class numbers and materials provided are detailed under each training course.
How to book onsite Training
We need to ask you
- What dates are you interested in?
- How many people require training?
- Current knowledge/experience of those attending?
We then contact our trainer who will confirm dates. We then contact you and take your booking. If you wish to speak to our trainer before the day to discuss the training, that can be arranged.

Terms and Conditions
- If you cancel a course more than seven days in advance, there is a 100% Refund.
- If you cancel a course with seven or less days to go before the start of the course, then we are unable to offer a refund. In exceptional circumstances the course can be postponed.
- Payment for all courses must be received seven days before the training session starts.
- Payment can be made by credit card, cheque or bank transfer.
- Per day prices excludes expenses such as travel and overnight accommodation for the trainer (if required).
- Per day additional charges apply where training is to take place off-site at a training facility.
