Technical Support


When you purchase a product from QBS Software Ltd, we will provide you with first-line technical support by phone and email to assist with the installation and activation of your software. If we have in-house expertise on a particular product we will be able to provide you with further help and support.

If we don’t have the relevant in-house knowledge on a product, we will work closely with the publisher on your behalf to help you resolve any problems, however please note that while some publishers provide technical support free of charge, others may sell this as a service and therefore will not provide support unless a support agreement is purchased.

It is therefore always a good idea to investigate the support offerings from various publishers.

Please only complete this form if you have a valid support contract with QBS Software, i.e. if you have purchased a product from us in the last 90 days or you have taken out an annual support contract with us. Support contracts last one year and cost £99 + VAT per product or £319 + VAT for four or more products.
