Corel provide two flexible programs for administering licences within an organisation. All Corel licence products are available through both programmes.

Right to Copy licences for each user obviate the need to buy full shrink-wrapped software that includes media and manuals. Five fixed discount levels with licences for the preferred platform (subject to availability) provide savings when buying in volume with an entire site being governed by a single agreement. Licensed software can be used at home or at an office provided that both copies of the software are not used simultaneously. An optional Maintenance package provides entitlement to upgrade protection, Premium technical support, multi-lingual licensing and backward licensing to one previous version.

Corel Transactional Licensing (CTL)

Higher discounts and cost-saving entitlements are available in one transaction by purchasing Corel products through Corel Transactional Licensing (CTL). Make individual purchases as the need arises to ensure that only necessary software is purchased. There is no minimum purchase requirement. Licences may be obtained for an entire organisation or for local offices by purchasing one licence without a contract or reporting.

Corel Contractual Licensing (CCL)

Tailored licensing solutions are provided by Corel Contractual Licensing (CCL) for medium and large organisations. It is a flexible volume-licensing program for purchasing Corel products on a contractual basis and is available to academic institutions, government agencies or corporations with worldwide offices. It provides easy licence administration, reduced deployment time, multi-platform licensing and home and laptop use with greater discounts the higher the volume purchased.

Qualification:

A minimum initial purchase is required at the time the contract is signed. The initial order can be a mix of new, upgrade, maintenance, products, training, consulting and support services. CCL requires that a one year agreement be signed. The agreement expires one year after the Effective Date if not renewed.
