Zetafax  by Equisys

Zetafax allows you to send and receive faxes and SMS messages from your workstation and it can be integrated seamlessly into your business process applications for fast, automated faxing from the desktop or back office. It is available in the following editions:

  • Zetafax Duo: combines Zetafax fax software with Zetadocs PDF document automation and delivery software to provide a visual document builder for combining and converting documents to PDFs and sending them securely by e-mail or fax.
  • Zetafax Business Edition: entry level network fax software for 5 to 25 network users.
  • Zetafax Corporate Edition: faxing for 50 or more network users including the Zetafax Server installation and configuration wizard and the ability to deploy multiple clients using a single, central installation.
  • Zetafax FaxBroadcast Edition: fax broadcasting, delivery and reporting on fax mail shots to large volumes of recipients.
  • Zetafax Enterprise Edition: for 100 or more users of Zetafax across multiple fax servers and sites.
  • Zetafax CommsEngine Edition: tailored to enable fast deployment of a fax solution.

Key features include:

  • Auto Cleanup: the new Auto Cleanup feature removes the need for manual maintenance of users’ inbox and outbox folders to control disk usage.
  • Delete After Sending: the Zetafax Client can now be configured to automatically remove messages from the outbox once they have been sent successfully.
  • Add signatures and other annotations before sending: faxes which have been sent via the Zetafax Client wizard can now be annotated prior to sending by using the tools available in the Zetafax Viewer.
  • Client's Tidy-Up feature extended to include Sent Items folder: as another aid to system maintenance, the client's Tidy-Up feature has been extended to include messages stored in the sent items folder as well as the Zetafax inbox and outbox folders.
  • Include transmission details on manually printed faxes: to make filing and retrieval of faxes easier, the Zetafax Client now provides the option to add a transmission report to the top of the fax page when printing sent or received faxes.
  • Multiple message print: users can now print multiple messages in a single operation. “Multiple message print” saves time for users who receive or send a larger number of faxes but do not wish all faxes to be printed automatically.
  • Management of previous recipients list: with Zetafax 2012, users can remove old or incorrect entries from their previous recipients list from directly within the fax wizard, reducing the risk of addressing and sending faxes erroneously.
  • Remember previously opened window on startup: to improve usability for customers whose primary Zetafax activity is something other than sending such as processing inbound faxes or system administration, the Zetafax Client now reopens at the last selected window before the client was closed.
  • Zetafax API 64-bit support: both 32-bit and 64-bit native versions of the Zetafax API library are available in Zetafax 2012.
  • Administrator option to delete messages sent using the API: the Zetafax API now enables administrators to specify whether a fax should be deleted automatically after sending.
  • Support for new low-profile TR1034 fax boards: Zetafax 2012 adds support for the new low-profile, digital TR1034 fax boards. These are half-length, half-height PCI Express boards available in a range of channel densities.
  • Adaptive Fax Timer Support: utilising the new adaptive fax timer feature in SDK 6.5, T.30 fax timers can now self-adjust to compensate for both the fax transport method and for any delays experienced during the call.
  • Interoperability improvements: a number of enhancements to improve interoperability of the SR140 software with T.38 phone systems and other devices are also included.
All starter systems include Zetafax Server with support for 2 lines and faxing via email, the Zetafax Client or Web Client.
Software Assurance provides software upgrades and updates and includes Standard Technical Support via email. The first year is included with all starter systems. 2 and 3 year options are also available. Please call Sales for pricing.
