The Veeam nworks Management Pack provides scalable, fault-tolerant and agentless VMware infrastructure monitoring and management directly in Microsoft System Center, eliminating the need for a separate monitoring framework.
It provides continuous monitoring of large virtual environments including a centrally managed, distributed architecture providing scalability and automatic failover and load balancing. Full integration is provided with VMware and System Center and it enables all System Center functionality including alerts, diagrams, dashboards, reporting, auditing, notifications, responses and automation for all VMware components including vCenter, clusters, hosts, virtual machines, storage and hardware. A detailed health model with metrics and events including advanced metrics such as memory pressure and disk I/O per second and a comprehensive knowledge base are provided.
Application data are provided from agents running inside virtual machines to produce end-to-end visibility from the physical server, the hypervisor, virtual machines and the applications and services that are running. it collects data agentlessly from the vSphere API and is scalable. View information by department or location or set up thresholds and alerts by server function or service-level agreement.

Veeam Software is licensed per physical CPU or socket (up to 6 cores) for each Managed Server. Managed Server is any ESX server reported on, monitored, configured, or managed by the licensed product.
Tier A - 1-6 cores per CPU (socket);
