Tectia MobileID  by SSH Communications Security

Tectia MobileID provides a strong two-factor authentication service through mobile phones. Instead of carrying a separate hardware token or installing a software application, the user enters the one-time password provided into his mobile phone as a text message. The one-time password can be pre-sent or delivered at login time using a high-priority operator channel. Tectia MobileID does not require any applications installed on the user's mobile phone making the user experience more efficient. Tectia MobileID Server uses the mobile phone numbers stored to internal or external directories of the corporation and provides multiple interfaces to integrate into the existing corporate applications and to keep the security processes and systems intact.

With Tectia MobileID users can:
  • Increase security for accessing critical systems with from end users.
  • Save on operational and maintenance costs with a tokenless solution.
  • Activate new users, partners, and ad-hoc accounts.

Tectia Standard Support Plan includes technical support as well as software maintenance services. Customers can access the online Case Management System of Tectia to enter and track the progress of specific support cases. The Standard Support Plan is ideal for customers who are predominantly using the Tectia solution for infrequent system administration purposes and for non-critical data transfer operations or applications.

Tectia Premium 8x5 Support Plan is for customers who protect their business-critical data transfer operations and/or applications with the Tectia solution. The Premium 8x5 Support Plan includes telephone support to contact Tectia Support Center during business hours.

Tectia Premium 24x7 Support Plan is for the most demanding customers whose business-critical file transfer operations and applications are highly dependent on the proper functioning of the Tectia products. This support plan will give you access to the technical support personnel of Tectia via telephone contact 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Tectia Premium 8x5 and 24x7 Support Plans have a MINIMUM Annual Maintenance Fee. Please call sales for more info and pricing
