SharePoint Survey Web Part deploys surveys and quizzes including drop-downs, radio buttons, checkboxes and rating scales. It connects to a standard SharePoint Survey list including remote surveys located in other sites, enabling implementation of cross-site surveys. Results can be displayed in horizontal bar, vertical bar, line, area, pie, spline, bubble and point charts. Divide a survey into several pages and define the questions to be displayed in every page. Users can navigate between the pages using Next and Back links. Support is provided for branching for implementing interactive questionnaires and the Quiz mode enables users to save the questionnaire and lpick up from where they left off. Customisation is possible using CSS and XSL files.
