Movie Magic Budgeting is a budgeting and cost estimation tool enabling production professionals to create and edit budgets of all sizes for all types of productions that obviates the need to assemble a variety of spreadsheets and other financial data manually and re-work them to accommodate different scenarios. Workflows are designed with an awareness of the complexities of production and the ever-changing problems facing finance professionals. Explicit levels of detail, multiple comparisons and complete analysis of multiple scenarios are available. It is available for Microsoft Windows and Macintosh.

- Auto Complete is now available in the Currency column
- Sub Total is now available in the Amount column.
- Printing:
- 64-bit printing problems have been resolved for Mac and Windows
- Column minimums have been adjusted to allow more content
- Page number column on the Top Sheet displays correctly
- Blank pages have been removed from printed reports
- Reports now print when text wrap is selected
- Print preview displays budget when line number and text wrap are selected
- Account Header row in the Detail Report is now bold when text wrap has been selected
- In Budget Comparison the Applied Credit now displays parenthesis for negative sums
- Aggregate fringe column has been removed from the Classic Report
- Account Report prints with Applied Credit hidden or in view
- Print Setup properly prints Fringe report
- Fringe Breakdown Summary Report displays properly round amounts.
- User Interface and Navigation:
- The change value in the budget status bar now updates as per CMMB
- Adjusting the column width at the Accounts level no longer changes the column width settings at the Top Sheet level
- In the CMMB keyboard, the left arrow key now functions correctly in all detail cells
- In the CMMB keyboard, any new line added beneath an existing fringe range will be included in that fringe range
- In CMMB keyboard, the F10 key now properly advances to the next account
- In the CMMB keyboard, the Ctrl+~ behaves identically to CMMB 5.7
- When a Global used in another Global’s calculation is deleted, the system now re-calculates automatically when focus is moved outside of the global table.
- Fringes:
- In Setup Fringes, Fringe Benefit by Percentage is now the default display.
