Product Returns:
GFI Software has a no return policy. Customers have 30 days to fully evaluate the software to determine if it meets their needs. Once an order has been placed an order cannot be cancelled or returned.
A Software Maintenance Agreement for the first year is included in the list price. This includes free software upgrades as well as email and phone support (during office hours).
Maintenance is required for the 1st year of purchase and you also have the option of purchasing for 2 or 3 year periods. For version upgrades maintenance is not included and optional. The starting date of a Software Maintenance Agreement is ALWAYS the date of purchase; i.e., if you purchase on 1 May, the Software Maintenance Agreement will run from 1 May until 30 April of the following year. Software Maintenance Agreements must be renewed within 30 days from when the one-year period has expired. For example, if your product was purchased on 12 July 2006, and you want to renew the Software Maintenance Agreement a year later, you must do so within 30 days from 12 July 2007). Additional Licences include Maintenance through the term of the Main License. Where multiple Maintenance years were purchased on the Main Product, the Maintenance for Additional Licences ends with the first year anniversary of
the Main product Maintenance. Additional Maintenance needs to be purchased to cover remaining years.
