Bluebeam Revu comprises an intuitive PDF editor, viewer and markup tool and file creation technology providing a fully integrated product for creating a paperless workflow. The flexible interface provides tools for accessing and managing documents. Create and save commonly used markups in the Tool Chest add custom features and create sequencing markups that auto-increment each time they are placed on a PDF. Markups can be managed in a list that can be filtered, searched, imported and exported. Preview or open recent files and pin and organise frequently used files by folder, or group by category. Open, markup and save project documents from ProjectWise and SharePoint using direct integration from the Revu interface. Use Compare Documents to highlight the differences between two PDF drawings and used Advanced Text tools for proof reading.

Bluebeam integrates into Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit and SolidWorks programs and installs buttons at the top of the interface. The first button converts active Microsoft Office documents, SolidWorks files or DWG to PDF from the interface: Bluebeam Revu will launch the PDF and enable markup and editing. Support is included for Tablet OS users.
