- Upgrade licences are no longer available.
- Licences will be automatically upgraded to the next version through an active maintenance plan.
- AutoMate 7 PRO can be upgraded to AutoMate 8 PRO by bringing the maintenance plan current for AutoMate 7 PRO from date of purchase.
- There is no upgrade path for licences prior to version 7.
- AutoMate 6 PRO licences do not have an upgradeable path to AutoMate 8 PRO - new licence purchase is required.

Telephone Technical Support is available through a valid maintenance plan. This service is provided in English from Monday to Friday, excluding designated holidays, between 8.00hrs to 17.00hrs, US Pacific Standard Time for the resolution of 1 to 3 incidents over the course of a year. An incident is a unique technical issue that may require more than one telephone call or e-mails between the assigned support representative and an individual end user of AutoMate in order to resolve it. The definition of a technical issue as an incident is at the discretion of the Technical Support Group of Network Automation. Resources at the Network Automation website, www.networkautomation.com, that include a user community forum, product information, help files, sample tasks, a knowledge base, and technical documents are available at no cost. Access to technical resources via telephone or e-mail to requires an active maintenance plan.
