Altova XMLSpy  by Altova

Altova XMLSpy 2013 is a XML editor and XML development environment for modeling, editing, transforming, and debugging XML technologies. XMLSpy includes a graphical XML Schema editor that allows you to design complex schemas with ease. Extensive schema and WSDL documentation options are also provided.

XMLSpy provides compliance with the latest industry standards, from XSLT 2.0 and XQuery to WSDL 2.0, Open XML, and XBRL. It is a XML editor with the ability to generate eye catching charts based on XML data. The advanced functionality in XMLSpy is coupled with user-friendly views and entry helpers, wizards, and debuggers, helping developers create, edit and optimise today’s cutting-edge XML-based applications.

Altova XMLSpy 2013 is available in the following editions:

  • Altova XMLSpy Professional: XML development environment, providing intuitive views and powerful XML utilities to model, edit, transform, and debug XML-related technologies, as well as offering file converters, debuggers, support for XSLT, XPath, XQuery, XBRL, JSON, Open XML, all major databases, Visual Studio or Eclipse integration.

  • Altova XMLSpy Enterprise: Offers a XML editor and graphical schema designer, code generation, file converters, debuggers, profilers, chart creation, database integration, support for XSLT, XPath, XQuery, WSDL, SOAP, XBRL, JSON and Open XML (OOXML), plus Visual Studio and Eclipse plug-ins.

  • Installed Users
    You may install and use a copy of the software on your compatible computer, up to the permitted number of users.
    Example: package size 5 -> install and use on up to 5 computers.
  • Named Users
    If you have licensed the "Named User" version of the software, you may install the Software on up to 5 compatible personal computers or workstations of which you are the primary user thereby allowing you to switch from one computer to the other as necessary provided that only one instance of the Software will be used by you as the Named User at any given time. If you have purchased multiple Named User licenses, each individual Named User will receive a separate license key code.
  • Concurrent Users
    You may install the software on any compatible computers, up to ten (10) times the permitted number of users, provided that only the permitted number of users actually use the software at the same time.
    Example: package size 5 -> install on up to 50 (10 times 5) computers and use on up to 5 computers at the same time.
