NetOp Remote Control  by NetOp Tech Ltd

Netop Remote Control provides an intuitive interface for complex remote maintenance and user support across platforms and devices and including an encryption and security system. Decide who can delete files, upload new files or change system settings to prevent unauthorised access. Take over the screen, mouse and keyboard in real time and connect to multiple computers simultaneously or enable several supporters to connect to one user. Manage services, command prompt, registry event viewer and disk information and send messages and chat using text, audio or video. All data traffic is encrypted using 256-bit AES. Shared telephone book and directory services integration enables management of networks of any size.

Remote control is available before the operating system has been loaded: force reboot, change the BIOS and install a new operating system from a remote computer and scan computers for a list of software and hardware information. Organise, share and customise all connections with access to all end user computers.
