Payment Options
You can order with your credit card or PayPal account on-line. You can email us your credit card number but it would be safer to phone it through. Our website, www.qbssoftware.com, uses Thawte, a standard for web security for financial internet transactions. By encrypting the link between your computer and the web server, Thawte prevents third parties from intercepting confidential information.
If you are paying by cheque, QBS currently only accepts Sterling cheques drawn on a UK Bank.
If you are paying by telegraphic transfers please inform your bank that YOU will pay ALL bank charges (from your bank, our bank & any intermediary banks). If you are transferring money direct into our bank account please email
accounts@qbssoftware.com with our quote/order reference, amount, account and date of transfer. Please contact
sales@qbssoftware.com for bank account details.
Proforma Invoices or Quotations
You can request a proforma invoice on our website or by phone or email. We will await receipt of your payment, either by cheque or by bank transfer, before processing your order.
Opening a Credit Account
Accounts may be opened for UK Government Departments, Education, Health Authorities, M.O.D. and selected incorporated businesses (minimum 3 years trading) subject to status. Initial order value to open accounts must be in excess of £300. Credit account orders are only accepted on official stationery by fax or post. Credit accounts must be paid strictly within 30 days, and we reserve the right to withdraw credit facilities. There is no minimum initial order value for Government Departments, Education, Health Authorities and MOD.

QBS Software is able to offer lease rental as a method of payment for each order over £1000 (excluding delivery & VAT). Leasing is only available to companies/persons resident/located in the UK. The software is paid for over its expected working life and options are provided to upgrade if and when required. Tax allowance of 100% is applied to the repayments, making it exceptionally cost effective.
The only security required is the software itself and
usually no deposit is required. VAT is payable on repayments. Facilities can be
arranged from one to five year periods.
