You can place your order with QBS by phone, fax, email or online. When ordering
via any one of these methods, please take note of the points below:
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted are given based on current information. Changes may occur which are beyond our control and sometimes our web pages are a few hours behind our actual prices. If the price has changed prior to processing your order we will contact you to obtain your confirmation that you are happy with the revised prices.
Any goods supplied on a one-off basis (ie not from our catalogue) are neither supported nor may they be returned.
Value Added Tax (VAT
Value Added Tax (VAT) is chargeable on all software and service sales in the UK. If you are located in the European Union (but outside the UK) it is an EU legal requirement for us to charge you VAT unless you can provide us with your valid EU VAT [TVA, MWst, BTW, IVA..] number, which you should enter at check out. If you are outside the European Union VAT is not chargeable.
Delivery Charges
We normally deliver physical product by courier, next day in the UK and 2-3 days or more elsewhere. You can see actual charges based on where you are and what you want when you check out.
Opening a Credit Account
Accounts may be opened for UK Government Departments, Education, Health Authorities, M.O.D. and selected incorporated businesses (minimum 3 years trading) subject to status. Click

Account Customers need to fax an official purchase order when placing an order. All other customers need to include a cheque, credit card number or bank transfer details with their orders.

Add items to your Shopping Basket from the

Shopping Basket
You can either request a quotation or order items in your Shopping Basket with your credit card. On the Shopping Basket screen you can get full details on each of the items by hovering over the
button. You can add, reduce or delete items.
Security
www.QBSsoftware.com uses GoDaddy.com Extended Validation Certificate, a standard for web security for financial internet transactions. By encrypting the link between your computer and the web server, Go Daddy prevents third parties from intercepting confidential information.

Checkout
When you go to Checkout you will be asked to register on the site or login if you have already registered. When you register you will be asked to enter your full details plus your preferences on how we interact with you.
The Checkout Page
Here you can choose to order with your credit card or just request a quotation. Like on the Shopping Basket you can add, reduce or remove stock items. You can also see details of your actual delivery charges. On this screen you can add additional info to your order or quote. (When ordering product upgrades or subscription renewals you will often need to give us your existing product licence number, this will be asked for on a seperate screen.) When you click to process you will be asked to confirm your email address. If you chose to order you will then be asked for your existing product licence numbers if required for upgrades/renewals, then on the next screen you will then be asked to enter your credit card details. If not you will be sent a quotation by email.
Order Processing
An order confirmation will be emailed to you immediately. If you ordered AutoESD items you will be emailed full instructions on how to obtain your software with any necessary licence/activation keys. We deliver some products by email and others by courier.
