How your Shopping Basket Works

• Click the cross button to delete that item or Empty basket to remove all items.
• Continue shopping lets you add more items to your basket.
• Click Checkout to either order or request a quotation.
• Your shopping basket will be saved on your computer using a cookie and will be available the next time you visit the site. To save it permanently on the site please login while you're shopping.

Value Added Tax(VAT)

If you are outside the European Union VAT (Value Added Tax) is NOT charged. VAT is chargeable on all software and service sales in the UK at a rate of 20%. If you are located in the European Union (but outside the UK) it is an EU legal requirement for us to charge you VAT unless you provide us with your valid EU VAT [TVA, MWst, BTW, IVA..] number, which you should enter at check out.

Delivery

We normally deliver physical product by courier. Delivery to mainland UK is free for on-line orders. You can see actual charges based on where you are when you check out. For a list of charges please click here.

ESD - Electronic Software Delivery

ESD stands for Electronic Software Delivery. We deliver the software to you by email - usually download instructions plus license details. Most publishers of ESD software have a NO returns policy or will refund the price of the product only if it fails to perform to spec. and they are not able to repair. Please ensure that products you purchase are correct at the time of ordering as we may not be able to accept returns for them. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Currencies

When you select US Dollars or Euros the price of the product is converted from UK Sterling using our current exchange rate. This exchange rate will change generally on a day to day basis. Your credit card will be charged in the currency you have selected. If you have a US Dollar or Euro credit card you can pay in UK Sterling. The credit card company will convert to Dollars or Euros using their exchange rate.
