Wise Installation Studio is a new product that combines the best of Wise and Altiris technologies to support advanced installation authoring in either Windows Installer (.MSI) or WiseScript formats. Choose from either technology to create installations that support desktop, server, web, or mobile devices. Also includes supports for Microsoft Windows Vista, 64-bit, new editors for creating and editing virtual packages, support for Nalpeiron trialware management, and packages for mobile devices.

An incident is defined as the reasonable resolution of one support issue regardless of the amount of effort required to resolve the issue. Incident support is provided from level 1 support engineers during the standard hours of operation in your local geography. Incidents packs are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
